Office/Location: 8239 ROGERS AVE FORT SMITH AR

Dates: June 10th 14th

Hours: May:June:July

7:305:30 Monday Thursday and 81 Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking a licensed dentist to join our clinic in Forth Smith AR for a temporary parttime position. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling various dental procedures.

Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to):

• Perform basic surgical procedures
• Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
• Administer fillings root canals extractions and dentures

Contract Details:

• Compensation: $1300/day
• Overtime Rate: $243.75/hr.
• Malpractice Insurance: Provided
• Travel & Lodging Expenses: Covered if necessary

Requirements:

• Updated Curriculum Vitae
• Professional License
• Active DEA license is required
• NPI and DEA number (DEA schedule and expiration date)
