Subject Matter Expert (EHR)/ EPIC Integration Developer
Location Dallas TX
Responsibilities:
- Implement troubleshoot and support clienr call center software solutions in various EPIC customer environments.
- Provide training and educational materials to client teams on effective EPIC system usage.
- Document technical issues escalations and customer interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate client products with EPIC EHR systems using EPIC APIs.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems promptly.
- Collaborate with customers to translate configurations in their EPIC instances for integration with client products.
- Analyze technical requirements and processes to provide bestinclass resources related to EPIC.
- Stay updated with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist client during presales implementation and postsales phases.
- Troubleshoot for highly escalated healthcare customers.
- Review common technical challenges to formulate training curriculums.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare informatics health information management computer science or related field.
- 5 years of experience with EPIC systems in healthcare focusing on implementation customization and support.
- Knowledge of outbound campaign management using Epic Cheers module.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency with EPIC APIs.
- Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare technology.
- Adaptability to a fastpaced SaaS environment.
- Desired certifications such as CPHIMS or CEHRS.
