Title: Service Desk Technician

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Offer firstlevel technical support to endusers via phone email or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors for resolution.
• Install configure and maintain computer systems software and peripherals.
• Assist with user account management password resets and access permissions.
• Document support activities solutions and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hardware software operating systems and networking technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Exceptional customer service communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality support.
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional or ITIL Foundation are advantageous.
