Objective As a Senior Operations Associate objective is to lead crossfunctional teams implement best practices and develop innovative solutions that improve operational performance and contribute to the achievement of strategic business goals.
About the role
The Senior Operations Associate plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of operational processes within the organization. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of operations including workflow management process improvement and team coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate with crossfunctional teams
Knowledge
- Must understand the market they are operating in.
- Must have in depth product knowledge and the benefits it offers to customers.
- Should have good understanding of the organizations policies and processes related to customer and partner.
- Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other similar productivity tools.
- Should have a fair understanding the technology landscape.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Candidate must be Graduate or Postgraduate
- Good training/coaching/mentoring skills
- Good planning and implementation skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi and English)
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Good decisionmaking skills
- Ability to prepare MIS Reports with MSOffice (Word PowerPoint and Excel)
