Installation Manager

• Manage all aspects of elevator installation projects from planning to completion.
  
• Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients engineers architects and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  
• Develop and maintain installation schedules ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  
• Supervise and provide guidance to installation teams including engineers supervisors
  
• technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is performed efficiently and to company standards.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress address issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
  
• Review and approve installation plans drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  
• Prepare and submit progress reports change orders and other project documentation as required.
  
• Foster a culture of safety among installation teams promoting adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  
• Provide comprehensive training programs for engineers supervisors and technicians ensuring their proficiency in elevator installation techniques safety protocols and equipment operation.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred.
  
• Proven experience in elevator installation or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and installation techniques.
  
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage resources and meet deadlines.
  
• Leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
  
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients colleagues and subcontractors.
  
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
