الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and maintain multiple project schedules integrating them into an executive master schedule.
- Use project management tools to track key milestones and deliverables across various programs.
- Produce detailed reports and metrics to assist Program Managers in meeting objectives.
- Forecast staffing needs by managing schedules across multiple programs.
- Serve as the primary contact for scheduling internal Program Management meetings and special projects.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- 48 years of experience with a BA degree or 26 years with a Masters preferably in a project management role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project Confluence and other project management tools.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Clearance:
- Must possess an active DOD TS/SCI level security clearance and be eligible to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with DISA and its mission partners is highly desirable.
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph preferred.
