We are seeking a skilled Operational Analyst to join their team. This individual will play a key role in reviewing the companys operations identifying issues or problems and developing corrective action plans to improve processes. The Operational Analyst will present their findings and recommendations to the management team driving changes that enhance operational efficiency.

The Challenges

• Operational Review: Examine existing operations processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Problem Identification: Analyze operational issues and problems delving into their root causes and impacts on the organization.
• Corrective Action Plans: Develop comprehensive corrective action plans that address identified issues outlining specific steps to improve operational efficiency.
• Management Presentation: Present findings and recommendations to the management team communicating complex information clearly and persuasively to gain buyin for changes.
• Implementation Support: Collaborate with internal teams to implement approved changes monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the impact of changes generating reports that highlight improvements and remaining challenges. Provide insights to guide ongoing operational improvements.

What It Takes

• A degree in industrial engineering supply chain management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an operational analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing data to review processes identify issues and develop actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to present findings and recommendations effectively.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and management to drive change.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
