Job Title: PeopleSoft Upgrade Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to evaluate business needs and create upgrade strategies.
• Perform a comprehensive analysis of the existing PeopleSoft setup to pinpoint potential issues and areas for enhancement.
• Develop detailed upgrade plans outlining timelines necessary resources and strategies for risk management.
• Coordinate with technical teams to execute the upgrade process which includes installing new software versions transferring data and testing system functionalities.
• Offer support and guidance to end users during the upgrade process including providing training and resolving issues.
• Document all aspects of the upgrade process including configurations customizations and testing outcomes.
• Monitor system performance postupgrade and promptly address any arising issues or concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to PeopleSoft upgrades and propose suggestions for process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Thorough understanding of PeopleSoft architecture modules and components.
• Experience in planning and executing PeopleSoft upgrades encompassing version migrations and patch installations.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to tackle complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Preferred qualifications include relevant PeopleSoft certifications (e.g. PeopleSoft Certified Expert) and familiarity with Ceipal or similar talent management software.
