We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead at Axpo Switzerlands leading power trading and energy production company. You will be responsible for managing and leading the technical aspects of technical implementation in Salesforce while also taking on a Technical Lead role. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders such as business analysts developers and QA teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. You will also be responsible for driving product strategy and defining the technical roadmap at Axpo. This role requires a strong technical background excellent communication and collaboration skills and experience in both technical project management and product management.

• Technical Delivery and Issue Resolution: resolving technical challenges and delivering highquality work consistently.
• Release Management: Design and ensure adherence to a release management procedure ensuring smooth and efficient rollouts.

On the integrations:

• Experience with SOAP/REST API development and integrations. Experience with SAP and middleware such as MuleSoft is a plus.

What you bring & who you are:

• University degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in technical project management and product management with a strong background in Salesforce.
• Expertise in Apex Visualforce Aura/Lightning Web Components and integrations with SAP.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage external vendors.
• Ability to align Salesforce strategies with business objectives and foresee longterm impacts.
• Fluency in English required; German is a plus.
