Sales Trainer - TH BKK

• Develop and deliver sales and product training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms
  
• Constantly collaborate with country stakeholders for gathering training needs analysis field observation and learning intervention
  
• Serve as the single point of contact for all sales and product training programs/contents for internal and external consumption within Thailand.
  
• Manage and execute training programs for new hires as well as existing sales force aiming to boost sales performance and improve process execution.
  
• Perform field evaluations with trainees to train them with feedback from the live scenarios better.
  
• Evaluate sales performance analyse the performance gaps and determine training needs for sales individuals and team.
  
• Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches techniques and making support readily available.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in any field
  
• 57 years of of experience in learning and development and/or sales training
  
• Good command in communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated
  
• Selfconfidence
  
• Proficiency in English
