Room Attendants

We are looking to hire a Room Attendants for one of our client companies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the job.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work early mornings evenings weekends and holidays as required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Adherence to Stepbystep room cleaning procedures
• Adherence to Super cleaning daily
  
• Adherence to Defect free room policy (taking initiative to get the faults rectified)
  
• Effective communication (answering paging & attending guest calls in benchmark time)
  
• Contribution to maintaining the cleanliness of pantry & chute areas
  
• Ensuring the safety of guests staff and property (handling of lost & found)
  
• Clearance of checkout rooms in benchmark timing
  
• Adherence to fastmoving amenities pickup system
  
• Effective adherence to guests requirements to service
  
• Ownership of the area allotted
