Role Description:

* Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.

* Good experience in project management with handling small to mid size team.

* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

* Present findings recommendations and project updates to various audiences.

* Create detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle including business requirements process flows use cases and user stories gap analysis functional specs.

* Participate in system testing user acceptance testing and validation of implemented solutions.

* Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.

* Chart out what parts of the work are most critical/prioritize at any given point in time.

* Risk management: Identifying potential issues related to the solution and project execution and ensuring that they’re addressed appropriately

* Issue escalation: Taking project challenges and problems to the right set of authorities at the right time

* Good exposure to agile way of working
