Manager - Design BE BTech - Mechanical

*Read & understanding client requirement from tender documents.
*Checking and clear all detail engineering drawings like foundation layout piping layout piping isometric drawing pipe support layout drawings Tank GA drawing Skid GA drawings etc.
*Prepare basic engineering calculation i.e. equipment sizing calculation process calculations Dyke area calculations Neutralization Pit sizing calculation Pressure drop calculation pipe support calculation Tank/ vessel thickness design calculation as per ASME or API standard.
*Preparation of technical inquiry documents for mechanical equipment & valves etc. & given to Project/Purchase for further gathering vendor quotations
*Technical validation of offer with respect to inquiry documents and tender specifications.
*Preparation of mechanical datasheets as per detail engineering & tender specifications.
*Basic process knowledge of Water treatment plant.
*Review and clear P&ID drawings and make it ready for client submission.
*Depth knowledge of equipment layout arrangement with respect to safety operation & maintenance feasibility piping routine arrangement feasibility
*Coordination with sales team and customer for technical issue and documents approval.
*Coordination with manufacturing to meet customer requirements.
*Corrective and preventive action taken for the design problems reported during manufacturing.
*Documentation and data control of engineering/projects.
*Client/ Consultant visit for DrawingDocuments approval & Vendor communication/ Client communication for technical clearance.
*Hazop study participation with client & 3D model review meeting with client/ consultant.
*Prepare Weekly Report and Maintain track record of detail engineering of all projects
