Seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition in Thane India for a leading BFSI/NBFC firm specializing in motor finance. Responsibilities include endtoend recruitment from frontline sales to executive levels. The role entails stakeholder relationship building strategic recruitment and team leadership managing panIndia hiring. Candidates should possess 10 years of BFSI/NBFC experience preferably in motor finance with strong strategy and teambuilding skills. Relocation to Thane is required and consideration may be given for exceptional candidates.
Requirements
- Spearhead endtoend recruitment processes from frontline sales to executivelevel hiring across all corporate verticals.
- Manage the entire hiring lifecycle for a top NBFC ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver optimal recruitment solutions.
- Implement effective strategies for talent acquisition leveraging industry knowledge and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic recruitment team fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Oversee panIndia hiring initiatives including bulk hiring to meet evolving business demands.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles ranging from entrylevel to Csuite positions.
