ID Access Business Analyst

• Title: ID Access Business Analyst
• Location: Seattle WA or Vancouver BC Canada
• Duration: FTE

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the administration of user accounts roles and permissions in IAM systems.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees contractors and other stakeholders ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access.
• Assist in conducting access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Help troubleshoot accessrelated issues and provide support to end users as needed.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement IAM policies procedures and best practices.
• Assist in the integration of IAM systems with other IT systems and applications.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM and assist in evaluating new tools and solutions.
• Provide assistance and guidance to IT staff and end users on IAM best practices and procedures.

Qualifications Skills Experience and Personal Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12 years of experience in a related field such as IT security identity management or system administration.
• Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with IAM systems and technologies (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory Azure AD Okta Ping Identity).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IAM with a commitment to continuous improvement.
