Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a successful Injury law firm that has over 300 5star reviews on Google providinglegal representation to clientsacross 40 cities throughout California. We are in search of a personal Injury Litigation paralegal to work out of our Century City Californiaoffice.As a Personal Injury Paralegal you will play a critical role in supporting our clients throughout the personal injury claims process.

Responsibilities:

• The tasks include assisting the trial team in filing a complaint through the trial
• Propounding and responding to extensive discovery;
• Drafting various motions oppositions and replies;
• Preparing pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists calendaring noticing depositions and other hearings
• Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys;
• Organizing documents for filing drafting correspondence and handling special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3 6yearsexperience in personal injury law
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detailoriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Compassion and empathy for clients during difficult times.
• Thorough understanding of PI both in the prelitigation and litigation phases

• Base SalaryCompensation: $85000 $105000
