Program Manager

Equinox Consulting Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the rollout of Ardoq an enterprise architecture platform tool to all 63 executive branch agencies of the Virginia IT Agency. This exciting opportunity involves coordinating data cleanup data import training and ensuring seamless integration with the existing system of record Archer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and implementation of this critical technology solution across the Commonwealth. This a fulltime onsite position where the successful candidate will be required to go into the office 4 days a week. Only candidates residing in the Richmond Virginia area will be considered.

Skills :

• Coordinate with internal VITA teams such as Business Readiness and Customer Account Managers to establish a rollout schedule across agencies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team architects and CSRM resources to manage tasks and assignments necessary for the successful completion of the rollout.
• Work directly with agency resources to address scheduling issues related to training and provide posttraining support as needed.
• Ensure alignment with project objectives timelines and budgets while maintaining highquality standards throughout the rollout process.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders project teams and external vendors to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status milestones and key deliverables.
