Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Program Manager to join our team in Trivandrum. As a Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans including tasks timelines and resource allocation.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables.
Coordinate and lead project teams ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Act as a point of contact for technical issues facilitating resolution and escalation when necessary.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technical environment.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
