Overview:

The Sales Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving the companys revenue growth and market expansion. They are responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients retain existing customers and achieve sales targets. This role is essential for identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
  • Generate leads prospect and acquire new clients through various channels
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer retention
  • Present and promote company products and services to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize profitability
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products and services

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Sound understanding of market research and analysis
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Customeroriented mindset with a focus on building relationships
