Overview

The Client Servicing Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. As the primary point of contact for clients this role is vital in understanding client needs providing solutions and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Client Servicing Executive is a key part of the organization s success as they directly impact client retention revenue growth and overall business success.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns
  • Make presentations according to the companys or clients guidelines and present them clearly and concisely.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of highquality services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to improve the entire client experience.
  • Visit clients and attend conferences when necessary.
  • Stay up to date with client service best practices and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Contribute to the development of client servicing strategies.
  • Participate in the implementation of new client servicing technologies and systems.

Required qualifications.

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive or similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management practices
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills Must have twowheelers with driving license.
  • Strong English and Nepali communication skills
  • Priority will be given to candidate with Minimum of 2 years experience in an Advertising / Digital agency.
