Care and Support Worker

At The Wise Seeker we are actively seeking candidates to join a leading company in providing care and support services to individuals with complex disabilities.

Location: Hereford UK.

Functions

• Delivering all aspects of personal care including washing dressing personal appearance toileting mouth nail and foot care and feeding.
• Providing support in longterm living accommodation and out in the community.
• Planning organizing and supporting highquality leisure activities.
• Liaising with family members to provide updates on activities and progress.
• Administering medication to residents following relevant training.

Requirements

• Previous care experience ideally in a residential setting and supporting individuals with learning difficulties.
• Good team working and communication skills.
• Ideally Level 2 Health and Social Care certification.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• Willingness to work a minimum of 24 hours per week including weekdays and alternate weekend shifts.
• Ability to work shift patterns including early starts (7 am) and late finishes (10 pm).
