French teacher- Brilliant independent school in Enfield- April start

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced French teacher to join a brilliant independent school in Enfield. This is a fulltime position with an anticipated start date in April. As a French teacher you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in the field of French language and culture. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons to students in accordance with the schools curriculum
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to ensure effective learning experiences
• Monitor and assess student progress providing timely feedback and support as needed
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and supports student wellbeing
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
• Participate in department meetings and professional development opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades and assessments

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in French or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching French to primary or secondary school students
• Excellent command of the French language both written and verbal
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the French curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Ability to effectively differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students parents and colleagues
• Organized punctual and able to manage time effectively
• Familiarity with current educational technology and learning tools
• Valid work authorization to work in the United Kingdom
