Email Management Officer

Our client is the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to support the Hospital Business.

Position: Email Management Officer

Type of Hiring: Contract

Working: 4 Days/Week 12 Hrs./Day

Benefit: Over Time Group Health Insurance (AIA) Annual Leave 10 Days

Location: Khlong Toei Bangkok Near BTS

Responsibilities:

• Arranges appointment logs into the Hospital Information System to meet customer requirements.
• Liaise with doctors nurses and staff of various departments to gather information to meet customer needs.
• Reply to email with comprehensive message and accuracy to customers.
• Reply email to customers within the proper time.
• Providing comments to reinforce employee engagement within the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• At least 12 years experience in hospital or business services.
• Experience in dealing with customers via email.
• Experience in healthcare or relevant industry is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken)
• Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Office such as MS Outlook and MS Word.
• Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical communication and coordination efficiency.
• Able to work under pressure.
