Key Deliverables
- Developing & Managing Franchisee Business Partners of specific region.
- Managing day to day or daily client risk.
- To coordinate with CSE for account opening along with resolving client queries like software download terminal issue stock transfer and collection of funds.
- Keep a check on Revenue generation Brokerage and Account opening.
- CrossSelling of products related to Equity derivatives & Insurance.
- Conduct meetings Personal and Video Call with Business Partner & Clients.
- To Deliver Regular Webinar and Seminar for Business Developments.
- Set the Right Processes in the team and automate wherever required.
- coordinating with different departments for smooth transactions
Role Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate / MBA
- Prior Experience: 2 to 5 years in broking business.
- Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of broking operations knowledge risk profiling of client along with technical and fundamental understanding.
- IT Skill: Knowledge of trading applications MS Office etc.
- Should have excellent understanding of Derivatives specifically Option strategies
- Must have good communication and should be aggressive and passionate about market
