RestaurantKitchen Assistant

West Coast Supply Group is looking for a flexible Restaurant/Kitchen Assistant for lunch at our restaurant. Our concept is open kitchen healthy &with an international touchfor the dishes.

The team consists of 3 people: a Chef andtwo cooks. We have a PeruvianDutch Chef so there is salsa in our kitchen! You will support both the Chef and the cooks. Youll have the chance to learn more about cooking techniques ordering stock management etc. in a swinging work environment.


This is what your day looks like. You:
* are flexibly available from MonFri between 9:00 and 17:00 hours;

* are full time available in the summer period to cover the holidays of our kitchen staff;

* run the lunch buffet service;
* support the Chef & cooks with daily tasks;
* follow the teams instructions for safety health & safety HACCP etc;
* clean the working environment and kitchen equipment and assist with washing up;
* ensure coffee corners are clean and restocked;
* prepare appetizers for our VRIJMIBO (present until 18:00) and are welcome to participate.


This is you!
* You have an affinity for cooking but experience is not required;
* You are a real gogetter;
* You are motivated and enthusiastic;
* You are English and/or Dutch speaking.
