Essential Job Functions
- Lead direct and manage site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at or above the clients standards.
- Maximize profitability through superior client service effective and prompt communications and followup on all pending matters with the client.
- Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjust accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
- Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
- Responsible to train develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable including client invoicing and collections as needed
- Process incoming vendor invoices (cost of transportation and overhead expenses) as needed
- Analyze market trends to further develop scalable and strategic operations practices
- Execution of the applicable KPIs per company standard.
- Ensure stock integrity of all clients
- To review as a minimum annually all such areas and provide reports that the reviews have been completed and actions have been taken where necessary concentrating on the accuracy and quality of records compliance to SOPS and the quality of the handling and storage.
- Team building and morale management using appraisals and any PDPs
- Ensure that all staff are trained and briefed on correct operating procedures including Health and Safety

- Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
Other Skills / Abilities
- Computer Literate
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office internet web based and job specific software applications
- Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing budget preparation and review financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
