As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to assist clients in transforming their boat holiday dreams into reality while building lasting relationships with customers from across the globe.

Tasks

• Be an integral part of our sales team driven by high targets and revenue generation.
• Assist clients in converting boat holiday requests into bookings ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Cultivate and maintain longlasting relationships with our diverse clientele.
• Provide valuable feedback to the product team to influence product development.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Passion for sales with a drive for achieving high targets.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a compassionate and open demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and close deals effectively.
• Selfconfidence proactiveness and determination to succeed.
• Fluency in speaking German at a Native level and English any additional languages are considered a bonus.
• Based in Athens Greece.
