Tasks

• Assume a lead role in our development team driving strategic initiatives and mentoring junior developers
• Advance our backend and frontend systems prioritizing scalability security and performance. Your efforts will directly shape the reliability and effectiveness of our offerings
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to introduce fresh features and solutions playing an important role in upholding code integrity fortifying system security and advocating for ongoing enhancements across all technical domains
• Oversee technological infrastructure optimizing processes for efficiency
• Engage in solving complex technical challenges while contributing to the strategic development and professionalization of our platform

Requirements

• 5 years Proven track record in a leadership position in a highgrowth startup assembling highperforming tech teams
• Experience with greenfield products and strong handson technical ability to execute product iterations
• Readiness to work with ambiguity in a highpaced and fastchanging environment
• Excellent communication skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Located in Berlin or the willingness to relocate to Berlin
• Experience as a Senior / Lead Engineer in Big Tech ScaleUps or related companies is a big plus

How will your first six months look like

First Month: Dive into understanding our system with a handson approach. Youll start by learning the ins and outs of our platform through pair programming sessions with our existing Team and start to collaborate on the design and implementation of your first features helping us grow the platform

After Three Months: Shift focus towards the professionalization of our platform. Youll be encouraged to experiment with new ideas enhance system capabilities and contribute to the strategic development of our services.

After Six Months: youre driving the development team towards new milestones. You lead our development team contribute significantly to our growth strategy and become part of our Recruiting efforts to shape the future direction of the company.
