Clinical Operations Lead

Now the company is scaling its activities on commercial technical regulatory operations and manufacturing fronts and we are looking for a Clinical Operations Lead who can help facilitate this growth creating processes structure and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as subject matter expert for various AI model development initiatives for several ocular and systemic diseases
Ensure monitoring of trials examine the clinical trial data for subject safety and data integrity do site visits when required
Contribute to the development review and approval of clinical study documents including but not limited to informed consent forms (ICF) investigators brochure (IB) clinical study protocol eCRFs and regulatory documents
Streamline the process of ophthalmology grading services supervise the team and ensure the timely delivery of reports to patients
Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct trainings to team members empowering them with knowledge and skills

Minimum Educational Requirements:
MBBS DNB/MS Ophthalmology
Experience: 25 years
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deal with competing priorities also strong reasoning and problemsolving ability
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills along with leadership qualities
