Position Overview:
System Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our companys software systems. Will be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting system issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users regarding hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Perform regular system monitoring to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades patches and enhancements in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure system security and data integrity.
- Conduct user training sessions to promote efficient and effective use of technology resources.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends providing recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Support Specialist or similar role demonstrating strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Indepth knowledge of computer systems networks hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with end users and collaborate with team members.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
