Fintech Finance Ops Associate

• Oversee endtoend payment operations including loan disbursements accurate recording of payments reconciliation of accounts and coordination with finance teams for fund allocation.
  
• Ensure compliance with payment processing regulations streamline payment workflows and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  
• Generate comprehensive reports on collections performance payment trends customer interactions and operational efficiency providing actionable insights to improve processes.
  
• Utilize data analysis to identify areas for process enhancement risk assessment and implementation of strategies to optimize collections and payment workflows.
  
• Communicate with customers to address issues regarding payment reconciliations and invoices.
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office suite familiarity with CRM or loan management software and a strong aptitude for data analysis.
  
• Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fastpaced technologydriven environment.
  
• Proven experience in finance operations and customer service within fintech preferably in SME lending or a related financial sector is a plus.
