Maths teacher- Academic school in Enfield- April start

We are currently seeking a Maths teacher for an academic school in Enfield. This is a fulltime position starting in April. Responsibilities

• Plan prepare and deliver lessons to students in accordance with the schools curriculum and objectives
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote student participation and critical thinking
• Assess and evaluate students progress providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate and uptodate student records including attendance grades and assessments
• Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and supported
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share resources strategies and best practices
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians providing regular updates on students academic progress and behaviour

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching Maths in a primary or secondary school setting
• Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment practices
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest educational trends and practices
