KS2 Phase Lead Key Responsibilities:

• Lead KS2 team ensuring top teaching standards with vision direction and support.
• Collaborate to create engaging curriculum catering to all learners needs.
• Support KS2 teachers growth through coaching mentoring and professional development.
• Foster positive relationships encouraging collaboration for education.

KS2 Phase Lead Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 2.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
• Excellent understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues parents and stakeholders.
