B2B Customer Care - Euro-pallet Stockkeeping mfd

Our customer is active in the logistics industry with focus on transport and warehousing. The europallet serves as a central mean of transport. The commercial department is inter alia responsible for documenting and managing the inventory of europallets in the various warehouses and with customers.

To expand the existing team we are looking for you (m/f/d).

What will I be doing:

• Booking of pallets (each driver documents how many pallets he transported to and from a location)
• Sale and rental of pallets
• Complaint processing (damaged pallets inventory differences)
• Disposition (ensure availability of pallets when and where required)
• communicate with the drivers

What you bring:

• Enjoy working in a commercial environment
• Experience in working with PC applications
• Service orientation
• Can work shifts
• Initial experience in customer support is an advantage but not a prerequisite

Fluent in German or Dutch
