Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Designing Technical Architectures: Creating innovative solutions and defining technical blueprints for projects.
• Leading Digital Transformation: Spearheading digitalization efforts with Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE.
• Expert Client Consulting: Providing toptier consulting services to national and international clients.
• Orchestrating Agile Implementations: Directing agile teams for smooth project delivery.
• Bridging Business and Technology: Transforming customer needs into actionable tasks.
• Mastering Visual Communication: Using tools like VISIO to illustrate technical concepts.
• Ensuring Successful Handovers: Guaranteeing smooth transitions from implementation to client.
• Managing Technical Implementations: Taking ownership of technical aspects for project completion.
• Promoting Best Practices: Establishing guidelines and facilitating knowledge transfer.
• Collaborative Presales Support: Assisting presales teams for technical guidance and new opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 23 years of experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in Dynamics D365 CE & Power Platform
• Indepth knowledge of sales customer service field service and/or marketing processes
• Familiarity with agile project methodology and handson experience with DevOps/JIRA
• At least 5 years of experience in implementing business solutions
• A Masters degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in both English (C1 level) and German (B2 minimum)
• Bonus: knowledge of SAP
