Recruitment Resourcer

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment sourcing or a similar role.
  
• Strong research and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing tools and recruitment software.
  
• A passion for building relationships and unearthing top talent.
