Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Louisville KY

Responsibilities:
Partner with marketing and sales leadership to define customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog for marketing tools ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams (marketing martech development) to define user stories acceptance criteria and product specifications.
Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch including sprint planning backlog refinement and user acceptance testing.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of marketing products.
Conduct market research and stay uptodate on marketing technology trends.
Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders across the organization.
Advocate for a datadriven approach to product development and decisionmaking.

Qualifications:
9 years of experience in marketing or product management.
Proven experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong understanding of marketing technology (Martech) landscape.
Experience with marketing automation platforms a plus.
Experience developing and managing product roadmaps.
Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Datadriven and analytical mindset.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
