Position: Sonographer
Start Date: 4/22/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: New Lenox IL 60451
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 7:00 AM 3:30 PM 10
Shift Notes: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM/40 hours guaranteed
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
OnCall Requirements: Oncall schedule to be determined by facility
COVID Vaccination: COVID and Flu vaccination required DECLINATIONS WILL NOT BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the submission**

Position Summary: Utilizes highfrequency sound waves and other diagnostics techniques to produce images of the breast as well as other tissues organs or blood flow that are used by a physician to make a medical diagnosis.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1year experience in BREAST sonography REQUIRED
- Previous sonography experience REQUIRED (35 years preferred)
- Advanced training with certification in Breast Sonography (ARDMS) REQUIRED
- ARDMS Registry certification REQUIRED
- BLS/CPR REQUIRED

- Resume with all facilities listed
- Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
- 2 supervisory references (completed within the last year)
- Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
- Certifications (must be active at the time of submission)
- COVID and Flu vaccination status
- ARDMS
- BLS (AHA)
- Illinois
- ARDMS Registry certification
