Overview
As a Parttime Radiologist MD/DNB/DMRD you play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely diagnostic imaging services. Your expertise is essential in interpreting medical images collaborating with healthcare teams and ensuring the highest standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and interpret medical images such as Xrays MRIs and CT scans to diagnose illnesses and injuries
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and recommend further treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety measures and quality assurance standards
- Utilize radiology technology and equipment for accurate imaging and diagnosis
- Provide timely and accurate medical interpretations for patient care
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and treatment options
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in radiology
- Participate in continuous medical education and training programs
- Ensure patient comfort safety and confidentiality during imaging procedures
- Collaborate with support staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or equivalent
- Board certification in Radiology (DNB/DMRD)
- Valid state medical license to practice as a Radiologist
- Proven experience in diagnostic imaging and radiology interpretation
- Indepth knowledge of radiology technology and imaging procedures
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
