Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance trends and forecasts.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial records and maintain accurate documentation of transactions.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement and recommend costsaving measures.
- Provide guidance on tax planning and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop budgets and financial plans.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate controls.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices and ensure compliance within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles standards and regulations (IFRS GAAP).
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in financial practices.
