Role: API Integration Technical Lead (hybrid: 3 days/week onsite)
Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US) No H1B CPT
Musthave skills: 2 y of design and implement integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications; exp with integration tools and APIs (Mulesoft Boomi etc. and Salesforce API); security controls (authentication authorization encryption data masking logging monitoring) to protect data; leading a team exp; energy exp business rules engines (BRMS)
Location: West Palm Beach FL

Earliest Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration: 6 months with possible extension (s)
Additional information: The candidate should be able to provide an ID if the interview is requested. The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client.
Requirements:
Availability to work at least 3 days per week at the Clients site in West Palm Beach FL (required);
Experience in the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications (2 years);
Experience with integration tools and APIs (MuleSoft Boomi etc. and Salesforce API);
Experience with security controls (authentication authorization encryption data masking logging monitoring) to protect data;
Experience leading a team.
Preferred:
Experience with business rules engines (BRMS);
Experience in the energy industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and legacy applications in both synchronous and asynchronous modes;
Utilize various integration tools and APIs (MuleSoft Boomi etc. and Salesforce API) to achieve seamless data exchange;
Implement appropriate security controls (authentication authorization encryption data masking logging monitoring) to protect data in transit and at rest;
Lead a team of onsite and offshore developers and testers through the entire development lifecycle including design development testing and deployment;
Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards;
Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and prioritize development efforts;
Track project progress identify and mitigate risks and communicate updates to stakeholders;
Showcase technical solutions with proofofconcept demonstrations;
Maintain excellent communication with onsite and offshore stakeholders product owners and team members;
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and effectively manage expectations;
Participate in agile development ceremonies and contribute actively to team discussions.
