Accountant

Our client is a leading FMCG multinational with wide operations across MENA region. Looking to hire a Accountant based in Dubai.

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records statements and reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly quarterly and yearend close processes
• Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide support for external and internal audits
• Handle taxrelated tasks including tax returns and tax compliance
• Contribute to the development of internal control policies guidelines and procedures
• Assist in financial analysis and decisionmaking processes
• Manage and maintain accurate financial data and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles regulations and practices
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with financial reporting and financial analysis
• Understanding of tax regulations and compliance
• SAP Knowledge is MUST
