Perform journal entry updates to ledgers accounts receivable and accounts payable and any related general administrative tasks (Xero)
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial positions and balance sheet (P&L) and liquidity (cash flow) accounts receivable (customer billing and invoicing) and payable
Administrative tasks include AR & AP processes reporting (weekly & monthly) the compilation of available grants partnership and agreement contracts phone calls scheduling meetings office equipment and supplies; etc.
HR duties like payroll updating databases sales commissions calculations and disbursement maintaining records reviews responding to employee requests and organise teambuilding activities and celebrations
