Vision-Language Model Engineer

Tasks

1. Model Development: Design implement and optimize a visionlanguage model tailored to our specific needs focusing on large action models.

2. Data Acquisition and Preprocessing: Curate collect and preprocess diverse datasets comprising visual and textual information to train and evaluate the model.

3. Algorithm Development: Research and develop novel algorithms and techniques to enhance the models performance scalability and robustness.

4. Model Training and Evaluation: Train finetune and evaluate the model using stateoftheart techniques and frameworks ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including software engineers data scientists and product managers to integrate the visionlanguage model into our products and services.

6. Documentation and Reporting: Document research findings methodologies and results in a clear and concise manner. Present findings and progress reports to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Mathematics or related field. Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) preferred.

2. Proven experience (3 years) in developing and implementing visionlanguage models preferably in an industry or research setting.

3. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

4. Indepth knowledge of computer vision techniques natural language processing and machine learning algorithms.

5. Experience with largescale data processing parallel computing and cloudbased infrastructure.

6. Excellent problemsolving abilities analytical thinking and attention to detail.

7. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fastpaced startup environment.
