BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• Develop drive and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness Student conversion and revenue growth
  
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities partnerships and collaborations to expand the company s market presence
  
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
  
• Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels including digital platforms social media and traditional offline channels
  
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and refine services based on market feedback and demand.
  
• Analyze risks proactively so as to make optimal business decisions
  
• Prepare and present prompt regular reports to management on marketing and business development activities.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field
  
• Minimum of 2 4 years proven experience in a marketing and business development role with a track record of achieving targets and driving growth
  
• Proficiency in Digital marketing content creation and design
  
• Proven negotiation skills combined with the ability to close business deals
  
• Strong understanding of marketing trends digital platforms and customer behavior.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all level.
  
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans
  
• Resultsoriented selfdriven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  
• Proficiency in marketing tools CRM Software and Microsoft Office suite
  
• Experience In the Travel and Study Abroad Agency is a plus.
