Project manager

On behalf of one of its clients a corporate gifts company the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Project manager.

The hiring company is looking for a Project Manager to assist with its client projects in Singapore. The job scope covers mainly projects coordination for our clients in Asia. The project manager will support the Country manager and Area manager through a variety of tasks related to managing the companys clients projects; included but not limited to relationship with its suppliers clients and our design studio.

Main responsabilities :

Being the link between the clients and the suppliers.

Collect information from the sales team and provide correct details to the suppliers and to our design studio based in France.

Get quote from the suppliers and update them along the way when the project progresses.

Being able to negotiate with suppliers about prices quality deadline or quantity.

Prepare quotations for our clients.

Follow up at each step of the project: from proposal to order delivery and invoicing.

Maintain contact lists and project updated in our CRM (PipeDrive)

Reply to email enquiries.

Being able to make product suggestions based on a client s brief.

Bring samples to clients / Ship samples to HQ.

Contribute to team effort by helping with team meeting presentations.

Sharing market information with the team in Europe.

Requirements

Proven project management experience

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Taste and understanding of luxury/highend products.

Strong organizational and planning skills (experience in using a CRM or PM software compulsory)

Proficient in MS Office

At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Experience in luxury industry would be a plus.

Handle multiple projects at the same time.

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree student Experience in market research/consulting and knowledge or interest in luxury premium brands will be a key advantage Passionate about consumer insights and brands and working with clients to solve their information needs Familiar with software, data analysis, SPSS or similar Excellent communication and presentation skills Hands-on, hard-working and motivated by a business in its growth phase and able to thrive in a lean environment High energy, can-do attitude and a go getter Languages: fluent English. Mandarin would be an advantage to liaise with the customers
