• Maintain a pulse on evolving capital market trends and regulatory changes affecting real estate finance. Proactively adapt our fundraising strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Operational Finance & Performance Optimization

• Analyze profitability at the project and business unit level identifying opportunities for cost optimization revenue enhancement and improved operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with project management development leasing and property management teams. Provide actionable financial insights that facilitate smarter decisionmaking.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the financial health of the company individual projects and our investment portfolio.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement financial controls and processes that promote efficiency and accountability.

• Masters degree in Finance Accounting or MBA with a finance concentration. CPA designation is strongly preferred.
• 15 years of progressive experience including a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry (development REITs private equity etc.).
• Expertise in real estate valuations deal structuring capital markets and investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of GAAP tax laws and financial reporting standards relevant to the real estate sector.
