KeyResponsibilities:

• Directly managing day to day operations and ensure Health and Safety is delivered by staff and customers are adhering to the rules at all times.

• Maintain time keeping efficiency and clear communication through out the team to deliver the ultimate experience.

• Keep high standards through regular training staffing and team development initiatives.

• Approachability confidence and enthusiasm with both customers and staff ensuring a memorable experience that keeps them coming back.

• Motivate and guide staff to achieve individual and team KPIs driving performance and success.

Requirements:

• At least 1yr Management experience required.
• Experience in leading and developing a team.
• Health and Safety experience.
• Monday to Sunday. Shift pattern flexibility is vital for this role.
