English teacher- Dynamic school in Barnet- April start

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate English teacher to join a vibrant and forwardthinking school in Barnet. Responsibilities

• Plan prepare and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the schools educational goals and standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged to participate.
• Assess and evaluate students performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices in teaching English.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students progress and areas for improvement.
• Stay uptodate with the latest developments in English literature language and teaching techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in English or a related field.
• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience teaching English at the primary or secondary level.
• Strong knowledge and passion for English literature and language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
• Effective classroom management skills.
