This is a 12hour shift three days each week with the shift schedule being from 06:30 19:00 total of 36 hours per week.

RN Orthopedics with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References.

The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate for this position is $53.65/hr encompassing a taxable component of $44.81/hr along with a per diem of $8.83/hr.

Work Location: 1923 S Utica Avenue Tulsa OK 74104.

Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $40.39/hr.

Reward: on non local rate $6.95/hr.

• This department is a 28 unit serving general surgical adult population and does have telemetry capability. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:56. The unit is also supported by PCTs and a Healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of virtual sitter monitoring is available as well as monitor techs to monitor those on telemetry. 1:7 in critical staffing situations.

Roles and amp; Responsibilities

Job Summary:

• Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Complexity of Work:

• Within scope of job requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
